The Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) in Oman announced, to avoid the time barring action, that the applicants must attend to the necessary action for all the matters that were due on or after March 24, 2020 by October 8, 2020 at the latest. Accordingly, all penalties for late renewal or submission of documents may be removed.
